   I’ve had a house on the market since May….priced almost 100k below what I could have put it on the market for a yr ago…..no takers…

   I believe the guy your talking from VisionVictory’s channel is stellaconcepts. He has a very good channel especially if you’re into Metals but also good economic info. Ive been watching him for a little while and enjoy his vids.

   Everyones credit is getting screwed in this economy… SO in 5 years when no one has a good credit score they will say they are justified in not loaning money…

   Problem with home …
   Problem with home sales right now is everyone needs a near perfect credit score to get into a house, which is fine under normal circumstances. But, when do you give people a chance? With the economy the way it is, I’m sure some credit scores have or will certainly come down..
   As far as job stability, that is gone out the window!! There is no such thing as job security anymore. It’s gone. The days of taking pride in work have gone with it!
