GMAC treats their customers like crap. I’ve never before experienced such rude & incompetent behavior from a customer service department. It’s pathetic. You’d get a more polite response and better answers to any mortgage questions by calling a convict at Fulsom prison. Good luck to anyone who has to call these GMAC fools – get ready to be treated like a broke-dick dog.
