This video is my opinion of Buying Real Estate in Downtown Vancouver with No Subjects. As todays market has heated up quite a bit we are back to Multiple Offers, Over Asking Offers & of course No Subject Offers.
I just wanted to touch on this topic as I was involved in a multiple / no subject offer a couple of weeks ago with a Downtown Vancouver First Time Home Buyer of mine.
