One is demonic the other is just plain evil.
You must be a cheat and a liar to do both.

I have a lien on my realestate property from capitalone and i want to pay it off?

Posted on September 29th, 2009 by admin

If you can pay it off, look at the lien document for the law firm handling it and call them or go to their office. They will want cash or certified funds or you will have to wait until your personal check clears for your notice of judgment satisfied. Make sure you get it or that it is recorded in the registry of deeds.

Do anyone have any realestate notes that they want to sale?

Posted on September 29th, 2009 by admin

Hi! i’m a note finder i buy all kinds of realestate notes.
you will not be disappointed.contact me with your realestate notes Info. at bettyrivers15@yahoo.com

Thank you

Over the past few years, more and more people in the United States have been offering real estate notes for sale. Selling real estate is an easy way to turn one’s monthly receivable payment into an immediate and large sum of cash. A real estate note for sale can be a mortgage note, a contract for sale or a land contract.

The best way to find real estate notes for sale is to look for real estate note listings. Several websites provide information on real estate notes for sale. They usually list real estate notes from different states. These websites also provide information on various categories of real estate notes. You can approach real estate note brokers who generally have up-to-date information on the real estate note market. They can also simplify the process of transaction. Local newspapers and magazines are other places to look for real estate notes for sale. Real estate investment clubs are a good forum to discuss matters related to real estate notes.

Competition in this field is very high. Earlier, it was easy to buy real estate notes for huge margins of profit. With several financial institutions and companies hunting for real estate notes, individual buyers often find it hard to buy and sell real estate notes. Most real estate note sellers do not sell their entire lot of real estate notes at once. This can place individual buyers in certain tricky situations. Generally, real estate notes sold partially would not generate immediate income. It is better you go for professional help, as the transaction can sometimes be confusing.

Zillow — MLS Question?

Posted on September 29th, 2009 by admin

My house is been listed on Zillow for about 169 days. The longest for the zip code. Should I take it off Zillow and then put it back on in a few days? Would Zillow start a new clock? I think I heard the MLS will start a days listed clock after 90 days? Also in a new house, do you think in this market, staging it will make any difference. If so, what would you do? Thanks The link to the page is

First of all your home is listed on Zillows website. You are not on the MLS. Unless you have signed with a real estate agent of theres would it be on the MLS.
Stay away from that one.
Try another method of listing like CraigsList if you are selling by owner.
Oh very good. Trying to bring a little advertizing to your home that is listed on the MLS. With a real estate agent. It is not listed with Zillow.

How do I create a web database for realestate?

Posted on September 29th, 2009 by admin

I want to build a web site that is a database where agents from across Canada and the US can add houses, condos, etc that they are selling. I want them to be able to sign up (create an account) and add listings to the site whenever they want.

Is there a program or some easy way of creating this type of website?

I can create simple web pages but when it comes to a data base like this I have no idea where to start.

i can help you with the database, I am trained in PHP and mySQL, so send me a message in response to my questions and I will set you up, I won’t charge you anything. Do you have a page already? Are you planning on writing it yourself with html? The best way to start would probably be with a template. Let me know if you want me to do the database stuff. It sounds pretty easy.

Well it looks like there are a few places you can get a free real estate broker listing. I searched "free US real estate brokers listing" on Google and found that there are some that charge a fee but other free sites exist. See the House List link below.

What is the best course to purchase for buying and selling realestate with no money down?

Posted on September 29th, 2009 by admin

I would like to get into this but do not have a bunch of money to start with.

As several friends of mine learned to their dismay, these "no money down" real estate courses are a scam. The only ones who make money are the ones running the courses.

How do I become a Realestate agent?

Posted on September 29th, 2009 by admin

I am considering becoming a Realestate agent in Australia and was wondering if you have any tips or ideas? I enjoy selling and have always liked looking at houses but Im not sure practically what its like to sell houses. Is it mainly dealing with paperwork, people skills etc?

Firstly, normally the paperwork’s not too bad – most real estate agencys have reception staff and assistant who process most of thing things like contracts etc for you. Definitely people skills and sales skills, though the latter can be learned. You need to be able to get on with people easily and quickly, this helps a lot. It also really helps to have good knowledge of the local area, but again this can be learned with a bit of time and effort.

To become a registered real estate salesperson you need to complete a course to learn about real estate and property. To find out more about this contact your local real estate institute in your state, eg; for QLD it’s REIQ (www.reiq.com.au).

Some agents however encourage new starters to real estate and will support you through the course which can be a really good way to start as you then have a job to go to upon completion – call around a few agents and see if anyone is interested in working with you.

Good luck!

How do I become a realestate agent in Illinois?

Posted on September 29th, 2009 by admin

Does anyone know how to become an agent or has any adive about the process?
If I wanted to become a nurse then i would go into nursing but I don’t so your answer will not help but thanks for the suggestion. I am not sure this is what I want i am just looking for more information. Right now I think its a good time to take classes and learn about it since it is slow.

Heather, there are several ways in which you can get your real estate license. The State of Illinois gov’t website can direct you to it’s real estate division which should list licensed instructors and/or places where you can take courses. Check your local colleges, many of them offer real estate courses. In our area, it is often advertised when classes will start(there are many people who are licensed instructors who hold classes in places other than college campuses. I took my course at the local high school). You might even contact the Illinois Association of Realtors. The market is pretty yucky right now, but there sure are a lot of foreclosures being listed right now! To begin, you will have to pay for class and to take the state test. On the upside, these expenses are tax deductable, as would be your mileage. Best of luck!

I am starting school this month for realestate broker?

Posted on September 28th, 2009 by admin

So I was wondering is there anyway that i can get some experience in the field with a realestate company while i am in school do u think a realestate company will help get onthe job experience will i am getting a degree in realstate in school

A degree in Real Estate? It only takes 80-120 hours (differs State to State) to get a Real Estate License, so 2-3 weeks vs. a degree?

As the first post stated, you must be licensed Agent to even answer any questions what so ever in a Real Estate Broker’s office, thus getting the license first is key.

In my state (Ok) you must be a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate (formally called Agents) for two years before you can take a Real Estate Broker’s License test.

Take the quick course, get your license, then get a job in the industry before furthering your education. Unless your wealthy and do not have the need to make a living.

Beware! 90-95 % of new agents are no longer in the business one year later, mainly, due to lack of funds to make a living (rent, utilities, food, money to promote yourself, desk fee’s, MLS fee’s, advertising fee’s, etc.).

Please feel free to e-mail me if you have any questions!
